Is my home inspection free?
We offer free termite home inspections if the house is not for sale or in escrow. We do charge a nominal fee for termite inspections in commercial and multi-unit complexes.
What kind of treatment will I need?
Every termite and pest control service is different. Most termite services do not require you to vacate the home. Many interior pest control services however, do require you to leave your home or the treated area. Your Tanler representative will go over preparation and any time you will need to vacate the home.
How safe are your pest control products?
While no termite and pest control product should be considered “safe”, we use products with minimal toxicity to mammals, such as Bora-Care, a mineral based product. As with common household products such as cleaners, chlorines and aerosols, caution must always be exercised by the applicator.
Is my warranty transferrable?
At Tanler Termite we stand behind our work, which is why we honor the transfer of our warranties to the next owner or occupant of a previously treated property.
How much does treatment cost?
